Loved Dr Guerra. Found out my gallbladder was functioning at 2%. No surgeon could get me in due to the holidays. I was in pain and couldn’t eat. I went to the ER multiple times and all they did was give me pain meds and say to follow up with a surgeon. The last time I went to the ER, they consulted a surgeon and Dr Guerra was on call. He was the only one who took the time to listen to me and how miserable I was. He admitted me and removed my gallbladder the next day. EXCELLENT SURGEON Truly impressed - excellent bed side manner, spectacular communication, outstanding demeanor who immediately reassured us with his presence. Caring n goes the extra mile. I saw Dr.Omar Guerra today And to say the least I was extremely disappointed. I got less than 5 minutes of his time and was just referred to another surgeon !!! The same surgeon as he is practicing. I basically feel like I came in gave him money for nothing. Ordered no test nothing zero.... He may be a good surgeon, but I felt like he could care less how much pain I was in or were the pain was coming from. All i can say is disappointed, could have spent way more time with me . Dr Guerra is an excellent doctor. I don’t believe I could’ve received better care.
Dr. Guerra came on Christmas evening when my husband had a ruptured appendix. He was very professional, efficient & explained everything to us. His personality put us at ease about the whole procedure. We would highly recommend him for this surgery!
