Dr. P was the on call specialist when I busted the ER in 2021 for my kidney stones. He's been my urologist since. A+ bedside manners, very patient and polite doctor. He makes you feel comfortable, listens well, answers questions and is empathetic. He's also very responsive on the myhealth app. Highly recommended.
I called THREE times with a question and he ignored me. There needs to be a consequence for this. Also, he makes me repeat things over and over again until I have to just give up. He just doesn't want to do his job. He needs to be terminated.
Dr. Phonsombat removed my 85-year-old mom’s adrenal. He is amazing! I was worried about my mom’s condition because she already had two previous hospitalizations this year due to post surgery complications. Dr. Phonsombat is very calm and trustworthy. I was so very impressed when I first met Dr Phonsombat. My very pregnant daughter was in incredible pain and in need of emergency surgery. Due to Covid she had no choice but to take on Medi-Cal insurance, which we were assured was perfectly acceptable by everyone we dealt with at the hospital from the emergency room to Dr Phonsombat himself.
