The receptionist at this office attitudes are nasty , they all stand behind that window looking like deer and don’t wanna do they job ..it ain’t my fault you work at some low budget doctors office … these ppl lose your paper work , don’t know how to talk to people, the doctor is NEVER in the office, the receptionist is dumb as a box of rocks ! I have been over charged, I was told \$120 cash for a unsured health check up , however, after 7 minutes check up , I have been charged \$399 for nothing, everything just fine, no prescription needed, she just working on the computer and go, I asked paper statement or summary for my record, they refused, the front desk lady said, they can only tell my billing statement by talk face to face instead of printing a paper summary. You could find a better provider!
this is the best dr office i have been to everyone is nice a professional the front office girl greets u with a smile very professional my uncle went there at first he cant read that good or write the young lady that sits in the front came out and walked through the forms with my uncle i was very impressed the dr is wonderul she takes her time with me i reccomend her to anyone my whole family goes to dr kiran office
surapaneni is a great doctor cant say the same abt the kinda heavy set one i I hear her tlking bad abt Dr.Surapaneni now Onnie is a great nurse she always smiles she nice unlike the others the one at the front desk wit the short hair she is funny acting Its a great clinic besides that
Wasn t to pleased with my experience. Staff was fantastic. One of the girls there seemed really professional, smiled and explained details to me. They should have her upfront. Doctor surapaneni seens very rude and mean
Dr. Surapaneni is great. She was one of the doctors available when I got a new health plan. I chose her because she was close to my house. I have been going to her now for over three years. She is always cheerful and considerate. She is no longer close to my house. I moved from the East side to the far West suburbs. I still believe it is well worth the long drive to continue being cared for by a quality physician. I could not be more satisfied.
my service is always excellent they have the best female staff that work the front. Its always clean. Whats unique is the time in and out is fast they never over book clients that gives the dr more time to get up and personal with the patients I love my dr the people in the pharmacy rocks too they work fast, and a shout out to the lab lady that draws blood you rock too. I feel the same way dr surpani is very rude and nasty I stopped my whole family from going there the one girl brandy was the best thing ever she was sweet and nice i wrote a previous comment back in 2008 she was the one who helped my uncle she gave u the vibe that u were important a few times myself and children had to be referred to outside physicans she always called scheduled my app and made sure i was informed of the app i dont know why she stopped working there the clinic is horrible now it took me two weeks to get a re... read more
Im not going to go into great detail of my experience. Its long and arduous. But Im going to give the abridged version. I hurt my back and have been unable to sit upright or walk without a great deal of pain for over a week. After two visits and my second x-ray I called the office first thing in the morning to get my results and to get a referral or a script for an mri. No one called me back. I called again.
