I am beyond impressed as a landlord. Jim, as he introduced himself exceeded any expectation I had. He was on his way to court & my appointment was with his paralegal,Susan. He took the time to read all the documents & answered all my questions. Susan was professional & clearly willing to share her expertise. It is a difficult situation to be in as a landlord & they made it easy. They were amazing.
My wife and I called and left messages / voicemails for at least 3 weeks before anyone dared return our call. Unfortunately we will be paying double, but have immediately received better service at another firm.
Susan and the team have been great for us as we had 2 evictions to do. I highly recommend them for your needs. Thank you all.
