Dr Uppal is a great knowledgeable and professional doctor. The front line staff are not welcoming and the lab was closed due to no phlebotomist so that in itself is something at MedStar needs assistance to have adequate staff
She takes to long to get back to you. Especially when it's an emergency. You have to call 3 to 4 times a day for almost a week to get her or anyone to respond.
