I had no hot water in my showers. After replacing a tap thermostat , it turned out to be the heat exchanger in the boiler. Surab did an excellent job in locating and fitting the part. The plumber was polite and on time on both visits. I would certainly use them again.
We have relied on Surab for a number of years, for regular boiler services and other plumbing needs. We recently did a larger project and Surab were great. They always turn up on time and are open with their prices.
The Team from Surab Ltd did a brilliant job installing our new boiler and upgrading the central heating system. They worked through an especially cold temperature (-6 degrees at times) with professional expertise and kindness and consideration. Highly recommend.
