Ditto on the unprofessional – Wish I had read Tara01's comments before using this sub par company. Beware, reasonable pricing, but a complete, functioning site is not guarenteed! The problems created from using this company is not worth saving a few dollars. Someone should contact the better business people on Sura Design. Definately thumbs down.
I hired them to design a forum & web site; I stated I need tech support and from them to set up the site for me since I had no clue how. A contract was signed and I showed them another forum style & web site I wanted mine to look like...I received the wrong forum and a site that was empty of info...Click on a button and a blank page pulled up; since I sent them home with pictures and web sources all she had to do is copy and past onto the site, the site was a template not designed from scratch, so they spent no time at all o... read more
