Customer service has declined over time. The new receptionist, India, is a nightmare to work with and incredibly rude. Wait times are over an hour at times.

I have searched for many years to find a doctor that truly cares about you. Dr. Sura is worth the wait.
Did not have to wait at my appointment. Staff friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Dr. Sura.

Dr. Sura shared information about by case with my employer without my permission and even faxed information about my condition and treatment to a public fax machine. Needless to say, I was humiliated at my place of employment and will never go back to Dr. Sura. When asked about his actions, he refused to discuss it and hung up on me. Please find a reputable and caring professional to assist you - Dr. Sura is not it.
