Really would advise not to use this company, bought 2 bikes a Surron and a talira 5 months ago, hardly been used 60-70 light miles done on them, one of them is really playing up, losing power when riding, I’ve tried to contact the company numerous times over the last 4 weeks on 3 different email addresses from there website and on the invoice I got when I bought the bikes, I’ve called and left voicemails on there land line, even messaged them on instagram with no response at all haven’t even had the courtesy of getting back ... read more
