Excellent selection of fine kitchen gadgets If you need an unusual kitchen gadget, or just want the finest of your ordinary kitchen gadgets, or something difficult to find in a retail shop (I go there for the cleaning pellets for my jura-capresso machine), Sur Le Table, across from the North end of the Santa Monica Promenade at Wilshire and 3rd, is the place to go when Williams Sonoma won't do. A great place to equip your own kitchen, or get a gift for your favorite home chef.
Excellent Selection of Pots and Pans Sur La Table has a fantastic selection of everything that you can dream of for your kitchen. I love their brass pots, and enjoy the fact that they sell some excellent olive oil that is second to none.
Everything AND the kitchen sink Great store if you're in search for any type of kitchen appliances, cookware, cooking books and gift ideas for the home maker or food lover. The choices are great - you can find something chic and affordable as well as high end products all in one store. good kitchen specialty store This store has a lot of specialty kitchen items for the home chef. I purchased an ice cream maker here and the staff was very helpful and informative. The bakeware and cookie and cake decorating section is very thorough with a lot of different pans and decorating items. They also have specialty chocolates and cocoa from brands like guittard and valhrona. It is a nice little excursion here and there are a ton of cookbooks to browse through if you've got the time.
Excellent Selection of Cooking Supplies and Classes Sur la Table is a kitchen supply junkie's heaven. There stuff isn't cheap, but there's a lot of it, and it's all in one place, and you can buy higher quality kitchenware than here than you can at a place like Target.
