RecommendedAllison was a good instructor! The classroom was perfect. I’ve been cooking for decades but she re-educated me on several techniques. The hors D’oeuvres were delicious! I wonder if there is a franchise in Albuquerque or Santa Fe? This class was a great Christmas present!
Great evening with my husband! The Chef was knowledgeable, met wonderful people and ate great food. Didn’t feel rushed to get through the recipes and everyone played an equal part with meal preparation.
