I made an in store purchase today and the associate helping me suggested I leave the bag and drive around to the loading zone to pick up my purchases. I’m doing so I was struggling to find the loading zone so I called the store to ask for directions. I attended a cooking class on 11/28/22 at your Fashion Square Scottsdale location in AZ. The instructor that was supposed to teach the class was ill so a manager stepped in. He was very nice but our meal and lesson were a disaster. He was not familiar with the recipe. Flour was added to the gravy after it was already boiling hot which resulted in clumps of flour in the gravy. The string beans were under cooked. Which he was primarily cooking.
