The office was very efficient. I was called back quickly and the nurses asked questions and explained what was going to happen. They made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Dr Rao introduced herself and checked paperwork. I didn’t have to wait long to be rolled back to the procedure room. They provided a drink and snacks afterwards.
Dr. Rao provided excellent and efficient service for my colonoscopy screening. Highly recommend.
Everything went smoothly. Dr. Rao spoke with me before the procedure and explained everything. After she explained the findings and made sure I was OK. Her manner was very professional , calm and caring. This put my mind at ease.
