Professional and friendly.
People in this doctor’s office are very rude, and the appointments with the doctor are very rushed. I don’t expect red carpet service, but I do expect to be treated like a human, especially since I’ll be needing surgery and I’m somewhat nervous about it. Had some testing done in November and nobody contacted me with the results, even though there were findings that would affect my treatment.
