Good bedside manner and excellent explanation of what was happening.
Dr. Rao is very professional and to the point! If I had any GI issues going forward she would be my go to!
Having Dr. Rao for my colonoscopy procedure was seamless and positive. She met with me prior to the procedure and after to see if I understood everything and if I had any questions. The nurses were all excellent at the lowell endoscopy location.
I have a bad experience with this clinic. Nobody call back after a text and the doctor’s assistant was very rude with me and my son. Virginia Kelly was my previous doctor, and she was kind and very professional. I hope to have a respectful and professional conversation during my next visit; otherwise, I will stop going to that practice.
