I also booked online, prepaid 50%, and then had my appointment cancelled. My deposit was never refunded despite numerous attempts to contact them.
I supposed to have appointment yesterday but store was closed. I booked it thru fresha and paid deposit in advance. Tried to call but no response. Had to go to different salon. I guess I'll never get my money back...

I like this shop very much, their service is great! And the speed is very fast! The nails are beautiful and strong!
The store decoration style is Chinese, and the manicurist has carefully formulated a beautiful one for me.
