One of the best companies I've ever worked with. Last year they replaced the last three original windows in my 1907 home. I was expecting a long messy project, but the crew was in and out in half the time I thought it would take, and left no mess behind. The best part was how much more comfortable my home was, last winter. This year James and one of his guys helped me out with an emergency repair project, even though it wasn't the kind of job they would normally take on. I'm very grateful.
Look, I'm a tough grader as I have metrics that must be met. I'm not unreasonable. I have standards. James communicated well. James impressed my spouse with his presentation then repeated it for me. James stated the quality of the windows and provided everything, in writing, including their warranty and Intel on the manufacturer. Alert! Alert! posting for a friend’s service: he fixed all the windows after a crazy bf threw rocks through all three of them. the second time he came around was to fix the last 4. all of the windows were broken and fixed at a different time. he came promptly to fix each and every one. one time me and my roommate had gotten held up at work and he waited at the door for 15 minutes and then proceeded to fix a COMPLETELY broken window within 10 minutes. James and team, did a wonderful job. Price was very reasonable compared to 3 other companies. James explained every detail, and windows were installed and are beautiful and energy efficient. Wonderful customer service too.
Supreme windows does excellent work. James was great with communication and timelines for the work being done. I highly recommend.
