I was trying to find a part for my blinds when the chain stopped working. We needed the part with the spring attached to chain replaced. I tried Ace, Lowe’s etc. Went to Supreme window coverings and met Ryan Trezza who was so helpful. The repair guy was in the back that I didn’t meet but I’m grateful too. Great staff to work with and very knowledgeable on window treatments
Ryan was very prompt and helpful. Although my issue was just a vane replacement for a vertical blind, he took the time to look into it and order me one for a cheap price. I have also had a horizontal blind restrung and repaired. They have a wide variety of hunter Douglas window treatments as well. I would highly recommend them as they are honest and don’t try to upsell. Thanks Ryan!
