Outstanding customer service. I was live chatting with a representative on 8/1/22 that was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the pump. He or she answered every question I had. MY 2 hp Gould arrived Thursday and installed same day. Great job
Bought a Gould irrigation pump in March, installed it in May and leaked right away. Supreme would not warranty it.
Purchased a replacement motor for my Pentair superflow pool pump. It was shipped the next day - i was not able to use the pump since the old pump could not be removed from the filter / pentair unit. Bolts were locked. I had to order the whole unit that included both components. It was shipped and received on time. My issue is with being charged a 20% restocking fee on a new motor returned in the orginal box. According to Supreme Water Corperate policy as stated online - 20% is charged on all returns.
