I hate to complain about a diy carwash and it seem like there wouldn't be much to complain about. I found a handful of construction screws in the bay next to the truck wash bay. I picked them up and notified the kid working there. He took them and said "oh sorry" I backed back out the the bay and moved over to the truck wash bay, no big deal, the ground was covered in grease and the wash hose was also covered in grease. This place has dropped off a cliff. Clearly its under new management / ownership. First now they're taking a picture off your license plate? You have one wash option now. what exaclty are you saving? Then we got the employee that are staring off in a different direction while supposedly guiding you into the channel that takes your car through the wash.
