This is one of the greatest used cars lots of ever visited in Roanoke VA. Staff is beyond friendly and respectful is a family owned business not only did they meet expectations they exceeded them the vehicles were all fully filled with gas to allow plenty of time to test drive but to make sure it's the vehicle for you. Can't wait to return and purchase another vehicle from them . But didn't take my word give them a call or just pull up and see for yourself
My husband and I recently bought a 2019 Ford Escape here, and we had a great experience. Everyone was friendly, patient, and never made us feel pressured. From the website where I first spotted my vehicle to the purchase of it two days later, I cannot say enough good things about Omar and Robina. No pressure, VERY accommodating, and very pleasant people. I was able to test drive and examine the vehicle with no pressure, all my questions were answered in a conversational manner, and when I purchased the vehicle Robina made a packet of necessary documents that had me out of the DMV in 20 minutes.
