Great customer service and they do great honest work
In summer of 2023, I purchased a set of four Goodyear tires. Just a week later, one of the tires developed a sidewall bulge. Instead of replacing the defective tire, the seller insisted I buy a new one and claimed the problematic tire would be sent back to the vendor for inspection. Unfortunately, I had spend $826 on four new tires and I could not afford to buy another tire going through financial hardship, and despite reaching out to the credit company for reimbursement, the seller refused to credit me and even insulted me ... read more
