I am writing this to share my frustrating experience with Supreme Tires. Last Thursday, I purchased a used tire that was sold to me as "fairly new." Within days, I had to refill the air multiple times as the tire was clearly defective. When my husband called to arrange a replacement, we were told to bring the car in. After driving 45 minutes to get there, I found the doors locked. Despite being told no one was available to help, I saw a mechanic inside walking around. I have been using supreme tire and auto for years never had an issue great bunch of guys always straight up and forward with me
Stopped in at Supreme on Monday because I was long overdue for an oil change, as recommended by a friend. I was greeted by Dexter, who advised they were a little busy & gave me a time to come back later that day. When I arrived back at the time I was told, Dexter took my truck in & showed me to the (really nice) waiting area so that I could wait for my service to be done.
