Edited just now I just picked up my vehicle, 2014 Fusion, from having 4 new all season tires installed and balanced as.well as an alignment done. Calls me once a week despite me not answering and hanging up the call. Never would have come here if I knew I’d be harassed on a weekly basis. They have been calling me once a week since December 2025…
My review is only 3 stars, due to the way which the office manager spoke to the service advisors. We've been customers for 4 years, upon returning to NB. Venissa and Hailey have been amazing, and respectful. Today while at the shop I was disheartened to hear how the girls were talked down to. Hopefully this was just someone having a bad day. These girls are the main reason we come back.
They told me brake pads and rotors change is only a dealership thing, and that they cannot do it. LOL. Close the garage if you don't need business instead of joking with people.
Vanessa took the best care of me. Thank you so much! You guys are 20 stars!!!
