Horrible customer service and they kept delaying my service even though they knew I needed my car by a certain time
Had a great experience in Burns motors by sales person Robert Jackson, who referred me to this location for a free tint upgrade. Upon arriving I spoke to associate Charlie who provided me with choice on ceramic tint and spoke to me about advantages and options. Was in and out about an hours top. Tint looked awesome . Thank you Charlie for listening to my needs Gladiator looks Fantastic. A must visit and will definitely return. Once again thanks Robert and Charlie for making one happy customer.
I had a really bad experience with this business. I bought a Jeep Gladiator from Burns Motors in February 2025. Part of the deal was that they were going to pay for the installation of the remote start feature since it was not equipped and it was one of the things I was looking in purchasing the vehicle. They sent me to Supreme Sounds to have it installed. Dropped my vehicle off a few days later at the time they opened. They said it would take about 4 hours to have it set up and that they would call me once vehicle is ready.... read more
Very pleased with the services they provided the employees were kind and respectful and worked quickly to get me back on the road. Will be back for all my auto needs.
