Booked a full interior and exterior and the car came back with streaks on the windows and crumbs still under the seats. The dashboard was left greasy and the mats were damp. Felt like they rushed through it just to get to the next customer.
Paid extra for a wax and polish but there was no noticeable shine afterward. They also missed the door jambs and left soap residue around the handles. Tried to call about it and got no reply. For what I paid, it was a letdown.
We just got my wifes car detailed for mothers day and these guys did a great job. What i liked was how easy it was to schedule as well as the details for services offered. They were also accurate with how long it would take to get the car done. Then the car turned out very nice when it was done.The whole experience was great will be returning in the future .
