Two Years (+) later — We’ve been using our Supreme Shades shade sails for two years now and couldn’t be happier—great pool coverage in summer and excellent privacy screening in winter. After an unexpected gale this spring, the sail held firm, but stitching at the highest corners loosened from the wind. We emailed Tanya on a Friday and received prompt, clear advice to take the sail down ASAP, with a Monday pickup arranged for repair (and an offer to remove it for us if needed). No problems with the sail installed a few years ago, but as I am 79 in a couple of weeks, I decided to ask them for a quote to put my sail up for summer. I expected $50 but I was quoted $200! Beyond excellent service. We ordered our shade earlier this year, knowing there was a wait time. When SupremeShades said they were coming over to instal, we requested they delay installation - being 600m from the beach we were concerned about the upcoming coastal winds.
