I had my unit serviced by Benyam the young man was very professional and a pleasure to deal with
Brandon K. provided excellent plumbing service this week on two different areas of need in my home. He was professional, courteous, and was able to clearly answer all my questions. Very happy with service he provided for Supreme Service Today.
After 2 weeks I posted the review and was contacted by an owner of the company about my concerns with the company. After talking to him I received a partial refund (for my troubles). So they did an attempt to remedy the situation but I feel like my original review should stay (below). To help others. So I call supreme Service today for a drain issue. They sent a person out that said I had broken pipes under the foundation. The estimate was 7,800 (and I was told the the estimate was not free). The estimate came in and said th... read more
Horrible company. They have a “service plan” that gives 3 “free” inspections where the goal is to find a issue, even if one does not exist or anything you need, and scare you into buying something. Dishonest company and owners so much they have people doing work for them who are not even licensed. Most of their products come from Home Depot and the mark up is 2-3 times the actual price. Buyer beware they’re salesmen first and tradesman second with the goal of upselling you any and all you buy
