Due to an issue with U-Hauls website, they were unable to honor our reservation. However, Alex went above and beyond trying to address the issue for us, and helped us out in the end. It's important to know that when something goes sideways, they will be there to help.
Horrible people there as well as their managers don't know how to handle stuff I do not recommend this place at all
