So Trout's Supreme Seafood is the wholesale seafood distributor, but their market, Lighthouse Seafood and Deli, is an absolute hidden gem. They have an amazing selection of super fresh fish, crabs, shrimp, oysters, mussels, and scallops—way fresher than what you’ll find at the grocery store, and the prices are really reasonable. They also have an executive chef who makes some incredible food—lobster rolls, crab cake meals, fish tacos with all kinds of fish, and awesome weekly specials that change all the time.

I moved from Maryland and when I visit the Frederick area, I pop in to grab the Maryland Jumbo lump crab meat. It's sweet, meaty and always so fresh. The staff are eager to answer questions and are as friendly as can be. They have a variety of foods to serve your needs. From macaroni salad, fried shrimp and chicken to prepacked dinner entrees and everything in between! Fresh foods for all occasions. Love this place! ❤️ Photo of crab toast appetizer I made.
