This is the Worse Company in Westchester Are. The are Bullies in the office to costumer playing games when probably the Owner is not aware or maybe play the same game. Hidden prices they take credit cards so they charge extra. Supreme Oil is by far the worse Company in Westchester. Over Price and Over charge with credit cards for delivery. They take advantage of the costumers. There is other companies that will give you flexibility on Pre Buys and Also no attachment on the time of service. Others like Burke, Almeida, Hoffman, Palisades have better Pricing, Better customer service and most importantly NO Hidden FEES Like Supreme Oil. Unprofessionals, over charges, bad costumer service.!!! Not good company at All
Since my original one star review, Supreme Oil has been in consistent contact with me and has made a meaningful effort to understand and address the concerns I raised. I’ve spoken multiple times with Scott Stephen, and their service director, Mel, also visited my home to review the situation. Through that process, they identified two issues: first, that up to 21 gallons can remain in the delivery hose and may be billed if not accounted for, and second, that a driver had incorrectly recorded a delivery to my home after delive... read more
Supreme is committing meter fraud and then decided to stop service after being notified that the gallons that they are charging were inconsistent with what was delivered. On one incident they said they delivered 279.2 gallons of heating oil for a tank that is only 275 gallons and I was told that oil could be "in the hose" (which I am not paying for).
