Yes, I had a great experience at Nissan. My service manager was Tracy and she was great. When I left a lost something that I wanted to give someone very important and she went back and Checked the chair, I was sitting on the cushions and the table and there was nothing there a day or maybe two later she was walking outside and noticed it on the ground and recognized exactly what it was and called me and I was able to Retrieve it I was so happy and overjoyed she She is a great employee and I give her a five star review. Nissan goes above and beyond to keep me coming back for top notch service on my 06-Titan truck. I am currently a returning customer for the past 20 years and counting upward towards 2026. Received the absolute best service yesterday at Supreme Nissan of Slidell! Service Agent Nicole went out of her way to make the experience as seamless and fun as possible. A scheduling error occurred but she took it all in stride like a true professional. She took the initiative and remedied the issue without a problem. I highly recommend Nicole. She knows cars and people - can't go wrong!
