I had an issue charging my Nissan Leaf and went to the service center looking to get some questions answered, agente Nicole was super friendly and was more than happy to help. She let me charge my car at their *not public* station until I found a solution to the problem. She also went out of her way by doing research on extended warranties that I could look at later on. Very happy!!
