Won’t pay off traded in vehicle because they are “going out of business” but still posting new vehicles. Small claims courts and citations are underway. I would run as far as you can from this place.

Traded 2 vehicles in early July and have been waiting patiently for the payoffs to be completed. As both payments have now overlapped I’m now in jeopardy of these hitting collections. Even worse both vehicles have been sold prior to being paid off and could potentially go for repossession, I can’t imagine how this would affect the new owners. Customer service is everything!! This place has it!! We came in our motorhome looking for a vehicle to pull. When we were done, the salesman actually went out in traffic (while it was raining) to help us back our motorhome out. Talk about going above and beyond!
