Greg Boyd is a contractor that came to our rental property just before Christmas to replace the tile in our bathroom shower/tub. We were not on the property when the work was done. Without permission he cut the tile in the Master bedroom throwing red coloring from the tile all over the floor and the wall leaving the floor wet.
