David and his team, Deeanna, Elisa, and Gloria, are the best. Professional, pleasant to work with, and speedy! They finished my mortgage process in record time so that I was able to close 2 weeks early. They worked very hard to secure me the best mortgage rate. I highly recommend them to everyone.

David Colarchik at Cardinal was so helpful and kind. We didn't think we would secure the loan we wanted with very low interest, but David said he thought he could make it happen. He did! He quickly and efficiently got us our loan and we had great support and help throughout the process. We highly recommend him and will return if we ever need another loan. Great service!!

As a self employed writer, my loan package was not an easy one to get approved. I spoke with a few brokers and decided to throw my lot in with Supreme Lending, and I could not be happier. David, Anthony and Elisa stepped up and handled all the obstacles, getting the loan approved and escrow closed in a short thirty days. If you don't fit into the "mold", call David and his team. What a great company. I just bought a condo in Incline Village NV. Dave and his team were awesome. I live in the Bay Area and they took care of everything. He worked with my awesome realtor Richard Mehl from Sierra Sotheby's International Realty, and got me a great rate and sent all the papers through docusign. Dave's team even recommended an insurance company for me. They really take care of there people.
