I am leaving this review even though I worked with them almost 2 years ago. When I saw someone say something bad about Ruby it upset me. Ruby is a real gem. She literally held my hand virtually. She showed me what to pay off to keep my debt to income lower so I can afford a higher loan. She really went to bat for me from beginning to end. I had a 3 year old bankruptcy and I was moving from Illinois to Georgia. Ruby helped me with it all. This company issued a pre-approval letter to/for a borrower with insufficient income and an insufficient credit score to close the transaction so it died three days before closing. The loan originator also ignored my email request for an update/progress report .

Run far away from this company! Worked with Ruby Moore for six months and got lied to the whole entire time. Was promised multiple times that I was gonna be able to buy a new home, and that I had all my scores that I needed. and spent so much money paying old debts off. She ghosted me after promising me that she would never. Reach out to her boss and it took him all of five minutes to tell me that they wouldn’t be able to help me at this time. Really ruined my life. 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. JEFF Hart is incompetent, a liar and unprofessional. You have been warned. This is an important choice. Avoid this company especially Jeff at all costs.
