Here is why I like Matt. He makes things easy. That, in a nutshell, is the reason we do business with him. Matt has been in the business for a long time. He knows how to get the deal done legally and expeditiously. Want an example? We were ready to close on a Friday. I was in a meeting for the first part of the day. I've used Matt for my mortgage on two houses. You can expect excellence and getting the needs met. I've never met another per that operates at the same level of integrity. His claim is that you should relax, the three hard part is done. It's true.. no need to worry with Matt on your team.
