If you’re buying a new home or thinking of a refi, I can’t recommend Matt at Rate highly enough! The experience we had was by far the best we have ever had. We were buying a complex property and have unconventional income streams so our loan application process took a lot of care, commitment and good faith on behalf of Garaunteed Rate, but more specifically, Mat Stanley, who is incredibly empathetic and attentive. He understood our anxieties and provided so much support and information throughout the process and made the experience feel like a collaborative effort the whole way. we honestly couldn’t have done this without him.
