Wish I would have read the reviews before agreeing to this lender. I understand that the underwriting department has to request the multiple documents and that their job is not easy. To misplace 5k day before closing is beyond disgusting. It's predatory! Too many hands in the pot and not one ounce of understanding for single people who work full time and can't park in front of a computer all day. Please do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere.
They are nothing but scam artist and took me for all my money. I had to buy apple cards and then they told me I was denied after giving them hundreds of dollars. Run away from these people.
