We will never deal with this company again. We closed on the loan and funded on October 1st. It is now December 2nd and we have contacted them and their appraiser multiple times to get the repair escrow account closed. We live in a different city than the property, but have made multiple attempts to meet their appraiser and he has not returned calls or not met us at the property when we gave them both times when we would be there.
