If I could rate the different parts it would be better. 5 stars to Nate and how the refi loan process was a breeze, but honestly 0 stars to the mortgage afterwards. I called them about no payment for ins on the 17th. They sent payment to insurance the day after it was due so three days after I talked to them. Told me it was being overnighted on 17th, but it wasn't. Insurance keeps emailing saying still not recieved and cancelling it in 4 days.
