Unprofessional experience made two appts by accident on Booksy. However, both were confirmed when I showed up to the earlier appointment I waited 20 min. Then I received a cancellation notification on Booksy. He texted /called stating that he wouldn’t be able to make the appointment. It was inconsiderate to wait to the appointment time to cancel you don’t know how far I travel or the events I had to attend after the cut.
They need to update their hours on Google!
