I waited in 5 times before an engineer finally actually turned up ! This was for a well over due boiler service through You Repair . Sam is a joke - absolute cowboys - stay well away !!!
No show for boiler service via Your Repair. No confirmation and no contact.
Avoid. Have let our tenants down on 6 occasions for tap replacement. Usual story is 40 minutes away. 2 taps to be replaced. Quoted for 4 hours work which was agreed. Then no shows. So much wasted time.
Let down 3 times for a boiler service via Your Repair. Wasted time off work. No show. Unprofessional.
What an absolute shower of a company! 2 days leave wasted with no engineer attending boiler service via Your Repair!! If they recommend using them dont waste your time, engineer rang at 4.25 said 14mins away, now 6.20 no show!!! Pisstake of a company 🤬🤬
