A very welcoming, clean gym with polite staff who are always available for a helping hand. I like that’s it’s not crowded with people and they let you bring your bicycle inside. Plenty of high quality machines and other gym equipment so you’re not waiting for your turn.
Great gym with great equipment really recommend it
Great place to workout and a good atmosphere.. So much equipment to choose from and if you don’t know how to use it the team are always happy to help and advise. My husband has lower back problems and was given some guidance and pointers with key workouts on certain equipment to help strengthen
