Matthew was exceptional. He was thorough, explained our options, and replaced our Lift master garage door opener. He explained it comes with a 6 year warranty including any other repairs that may be needed if it becomes disabled. I failed to ask him if we were to receive either the warranty papers, or a copy of the warranty, and if so how(or when) will we receive them. Perhaps you could assist me by answering this question.
