Freddy was at my house till 10:30 pm fixing my wood garage door that the cable busted and was stuck upward . As you can see it was mangled and off the track. He got it done though and didn’t give up till it was done despite late evening hours and 100 degree temps. I appreciate that dedication. Also he was friendly and honest- gave me the details but don’t try to pressure me which was appreciated. He didn’t seem tired or bothered despite being dark, hot, and late. Great attitude!! Needs to heave a 7 stars option for him
Harrison is a wonderful worker. He helped me late on a Friday when my garage door was stuck in the up position. He helped find me a new garage door and went the extra mile to move things in the garage to prepare for installation of my new door. No one else would have done this. I am more than impressed. I am glad you have such a great employee. Thank you! He’s the best!
Garret was was amazing. He came in identified our issue and handled it very efficiently. He also provided some expert feedback on a couple things we should adjust and provided guidance on some things to do that I had no idea I should be. Will absolutely use them again if I need to, although I hope I don’t. ;)
