Freddy was great! He gave me pricing then completed work in his estimated time frame as well as consulted about further work that would be needed on my old door, in addition to helping me move ice chunks against the door and chasing my dog for me when she got out of the house! I always choose these guys for my GD work.

Freddy was at my house till 10:30 pm fixing my wood garage door that the cable busted and was stuck upward . As you can see it was mangled and off the track. He got it done though and didn’t give up till it was done despite late evening hours and 100 degree temps. I appreciate that dedication. Also he was friendly and honest- gave me the details but don’t try to pressure me which was appreciated. He didn’t seem tired or bothered despite being dark, hot, and late. Great attitude!! Needs to heave a 7 stars option for him

Kenneth came out to give a quote for my garage door opener. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and informed me that I had the wrong springs which caused my issue! He gave me several options that would be best for me. Got my opener and springs replaced and everything works great. Got great service and would highly recommend!

The technician that came out was very nice and professional. However, SGD’s price for 1 garage door spring was almost triple what another company quoted me for 2 springs with a lifetime warranty. We used Veteran’s Garage Door for the repair. Not sure how SGD was almost triple the price, for less product.
