Great experience with Supreme Furnace! The team was on time, professional, and did a thorough job cleaning the furnace and ducts. What I appreciated most was their honesty and transparency. Pricing was fair and with no hidden charges. Highly recommend their service!
I find this company very unprofessional. It has now been a week since I contacted them regarding the service completed at my home. I informed them that their technicians failed to clean all of the furnaces properly, and despite charging me $60 for dryer vent cleaning, the dryer was clearly not cleaned when I used it afterward. In addition, some furnace components were left unsecured and not reinstalled properly.
