Jonathan is a true craftsman - I couldn’t recommend anyone more and the prices were more than fair after getting other quotes.
We absolutely love our basement now! Jonathan did a great job working with what we had for a basement and turning it into a space we now want to and actually like spending time in. The floors and baseboards were installed perfectly, and he also replaced our stairs which made a world of a difference. His prices were fair and he did great quality work. Jonathan was professional and personable, while also flexible to do the work when we were able to in a very efficient manner. We would highly recommend him to anyone!
Jonathan was nice -- a bit tough to get a hold of sometimes -- and the end result was about as one would expect. The reason I'm leaving two stars is the value. My wife thought it was a fair quote and didn't get a competing quote (a friend of ours who used him in the past is pretty frugal, so we thought his price must be fair). Jonathan did a fantastic job replacing a section of hardwood flooring that had buckled and was pet damaged. Not only was the quality of the work superior the price was reasonable.He was on time, professional, friendly and did a wonderful job. He even suggested waiting for my pending sale inspection to be completed before he did the work , in case I did not need to have the repair completed.
