Brilliant gym & fitness centre with super friendly & enthusiastic staff. Went to a taster kick boxing session today during the gyms open weekend. I'm 54 & haven't done any combat sports, so I was a little apprehensive, but Natalie was a fantastic instructor & the rest of the group were enthusiastic & friendly. With the help of Sam, my training buddy for the sesdion, I really enjoyed the workout - no doubt it will be amazing for overall fitness & building confidence. Cheers guys, I'm signing up for the striking membership!

Both of my sons absolutely love being part of the team at this gym. The environment is incredibly friendly and welcoming it truly feels like a second home to them. The coaches are supportive, the atmosphere is positive, and everyone there is kind and encouraging. My boys always look forward to going it's more than just a workout it's a place where they feel they belong. Highly recommend for any parent looking for a safe, motivating, and fun place for their children to train and grow!

Went down for a PAYG gym session today, really friendly people running it, it had absolutely everything you needed to do a good workout, decent kettlebells as well which is always a bonus, not over priced either I was surprised how reasonable it was.
