I contacted Supreme Energy to install a heat pump system at my elderly mother's home. At first the manager seemed professional and gave me a price range that seemed reasonable. Following that, one of his sales reps came to quote the job at my mother's home and he immediately started upselling and trying to persuade my mother to purchase upgraded units that she didn't need. I had my brand new Furnace and water heater installed by this company in 2017. Everything is running and working flawlessly . I highly recommend Supreme Energy Team for your home too. Also, In my New home in Ottawa, I had a great positive experience with them again. They were very professional, respectful and detail oriented while installing my Brand new Heat Pump System. I highly recommend to use their services.
Called Reliance there number is the same as Supreme Energy. My friend in Port Hope got scammed. Reliance said she needed to replace her hot water tank as she had no hot water. In comes a repair guy who talks her into a tankless water heater she thinks she dealing with Reliance they tell her she is. They installed tankless water heater She signs contract here's the problem. This is a scam. They pose as home reliance and take all your info. Don’t call back their number
Don’t do it! Just pick another company. They will NEVER answer the phone or return messages. We were left with a busted furnace for 11 days in January. When they do come to do a repair they bring sales people along to do super hard sales for other products.
