The definition of being charged by the hour than for the quality or completion of the work. Two technicians took five hours to install just three lights and two ceiling fans and still didn’t finish the full scope of the job. I now have to hire another electrician to complete the work and fix both fans, as they rattle when in use. One technician even dismissed basic safety protocol, telling the other that “there’s always juice in it” and suggesting the breaker didn’t need to be shut off. Their tech Scott came through and quickly solved our problem! We moved into a new place recently and the washer/dryer GFCI was installed incorrectly by a different contractor. The scheduler also was able to schedule us quickly as well. We will be using Supreme again for any future problems.
