Dentist is kind and works with schedule. Assistants are kind but had bad experience with staff member who kept telling me to open wider for an image prior to biting down and causing subluxation of TMJ. My jaw has never stopped clicking and still aches.
I came on time to my appointment and had to wait an hour. The dentist was very unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend this dentistry based on the unprofessional comments made by the dentist. The facility is understaffed. Employees also argued in front of us which made me feel uncomfortable. Overall, the dentist would make hostile comments while walking out the room. I have never experienced this kind of behavior before at a professional dentistry office.
I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. I stopped by in person to ask about scheduling an appointment and was told that they would call me back with the next available time. Unfortunately, that call never came. I followed up with them twice to check on the status, and each time I was again told that someone would get back to me with availability. Horrible place to go. I called ahead and clearly explained that we only needed my mother’s crown temporarily glued back on because financially and time wise we couldn’t keep taking her to the dentist. They accepted us under their emergency visit fee, and I told them we did not need X-rays or any other services. They ignored me when I tried to give the insurance information. Very grateful for the kindness the team has shown and very pleased with the service provided by the entire team for my kids. Highly recommended. Dr. Katie Ho was very helpful, sweet, & kind.
