I have ordered multiple shipments of bags from this company for sales and giveaways my workplace. The bags are well-made, durable, with wonderful printing quality. I myself own one of the bags (I've had it for more than a year) and wash it often. The logo is still quite visible and the bag has lots of life left in it. The customer service staff are friendly and offer helpful advice. I strongly recommend this company.

This team was wonderful to work with! We got custom pantone dyed tote bags, and their team made the entire process smooth (not to mention the final product is incredible quality!).

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Before placing my order, I clearly stated via email that I would only proceed if the bags could be delivered before a specific date — which they confirmed. However, the shipment was delayed, and the items did not arrive on time. When I reached out to return the products, they refused to accept a return, even though the delay made the order useless to me. I commissioned bespoke products on behalf of a design company with (admittedly) a very short requested lead-time. The Supreme creations team jumped to help when no other company would, producing gorgeous, high-quality bags and adhering to our complex needs!
