I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Before placing my order, I clearly stated via email that I would only proceed if the bags could be delivered before a specific date — which they confirmed. However, the shipment was delayed, and the items did not arrive on time. When I reached out to return the products, they refused to accept a return, even though the delay made the order useless to me.
