Apparently this company is a distributor of Signature Catch "Premium" crab meat. The top of the can says that it is lump crab meat but after opening it, if you know lump crab meat, it's obviously a misstatement!! This was HORRIBLE!! I couldn't even get this mess to hold together to fry, we ended up with shredded fried crab meat. You need to make sure that your labels are true to the product!!!
